Have to start somewhere

I created this blog last year, not even sure when exactly and have been meaning to post something....anything for some time.  2010 was an amazing year....a year that was a lot of work but one that I feel will help open a lot more doors for us in 2011 and beyond.  With the loving support of my husband (and many family and friends) I started up a (very small) photography business....I am not even sure if I can call it that yet.  But the fact that I went forward and put my name out there and came up with an "official" name and had "'shoots" was amazing, something I never thought I would ever do and that inspired me to do more.....I finally completed my Bachelor in Business Management degree in December.  Photography business or my current place of employement, somewhere, somehow, I will use that degree.  But now, I ponder...where do I go next...do I pursue the art or the business?  I want to be able to be there for my kids whenever possible and have more time with them rather then less.  Bottom line is that I have realized I cannot, well I dont want to, work 2 jobs.  I have to make a choice.  My own business or an established business...do I believe in myself enough to think I can create a successful business  for my family or do I stay where I am secure and know I can provide for my family week to week?  Only time will tell.....
